Hello! My name is Heather, founder of Love Bug Kids - Hair Bows & More.

 

Back when I was 11 years old, I spent a few summer weeks in Colorado visiting my grandma. I was always into crafts and my grandma is an excellent seamstress, so one of the things I did during my visit was make my own hair accessories. From scrunchies to French barrettes, I came home well-accessorized! Little did I know that 20 years later, I would have my own company doing that very same thing...

Love Bug Kids was originally inspired by my first born, Kendyl, and now after my second daughter Kelsey. Both of my girls were born with heads full of hair, so wearing hair bows was a must. Unhappy with the quality and selection I found in most stores, I started making the hair bows myself.

 

Now, two years later, I am still creating and having fun designing unique clips and bows for babies, toddlers and young girls. I pride myself in quality work and creative design. Love Bug Kids has become more than a hobby - it's now a passion of mine. Because after all, what is more fun than accessorizing cute little love bugs?
