Love Bug Kids Wholesale Terms:
1. Minimum opening order is $150. Minimum reorder is $75.
2. All orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Depending on what you order and the size will depend on how long your order takes to ship. We like to estimate 2-3 weeks for delivery, but will communicate an approximate time upon receipt of order.
3. All wholesale orders are shipped via Priority Mail.
4. Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal.
5. Returns/refunds: All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented on our behalf.
6. Out of stock items: Occasionally we are out of stock on certain bows or accessories. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items when available. You will be notified if this does occur.
7. Our products may NOT be resold on Ebay/Etsy or any other auction marketplace.
8. Our wholesale prices are 33% to 50% off our regular retail price.
9. All items come attached to quality Love Bug Kids clip cards or are nicely tagged, which adds to the value and makes our products easy to display. We request that all items are sold in the provided Love Bug Kids packaging.
10. Approved wholesale vendors are required to make a first purchase within 3 months of being accepted. If you do not make a purchase within 3 months, you will be removed from our approved wholesale list.
11. We do require that vendors inform us of where our products will be sold. If on a website, please include the active web address on the application. If a retail store, please provide full address of the physical store.
